Domestic shipping:

  1. Shipping Charges: We charge a flat fee of 200 INR for all courier shipments within India. This fee covers the cost of packaging, handling, and delivery of your order to your specified address.
  2. Delivery Time: Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we will process and ship your items within 14-21 days from our warehouse. The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the courier partner's service in your area. Please note that unexpected delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  3. Maximum and minimum shipping timeline: We take a minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 28 days to ship out orders.
  4. Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number and the courier partner's website link to track the progress of your shipment. You can use this information to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.
  5. Delivery Address: Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete delivery information during the checkout process. We will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
  6. Delivery Attempts: Our courier partner will make multiple delivery attempts to ensure successful delivery of your package. If you are unavailable at the provided address during the delivery attempts, please contact the courier company directly to arrange an alternative delivery time or pickup from their facility.
  7. Non-Serviceable Areas: In some cases, our courier partners may not offer delivery services to certain remote or inaccessible areas. If your delivery address falls within such an area, we will contact you to make alternate arrangements.

International Shipping: 

For deliveries outside India, the charges will be based on the weight and volume of the product and the country of delivery. Shipping charges for other countries will be provided by our team on inquiry.

Maximum and minimum shipping timeline: We take a minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 28 days to ship out orders. Once shipped the shipment takes 4-6 working days to get delivered.
